On the same night as the awards ceremony, Vista Nam An Khánh, a project developed by SJ Group, won the "Best Township Masterplan Design" award. This recognition at both the project and developer levels demonstrates the continued success of SJ Group's investment portfolio.
Organized by PropertyGuru Group, the program enters its 12th season with nearly 80 categories and 35 participating companies. The awards ceremony brings together leaders of real estate businesses, experts, and partners in the industry. The categories are judged by an independent panel of judges, under the supervision of HLB, to ensure fairness and transparency.
According to the organizers, companies participating in the Best Township Developer category must have completed at least two township development projects in Vietnam before December 2021. The five evaluation criteria include reputation, image and social responsibility; project quality; development achievements; innovation; and outstanding accomplishments.
