On October 11th, the Gia Lai Provincial Department of Education and Training announced that it had just submitted a report on the results of implementing the education development strategy until 2030, with a vision to 2045, which highlighted the current situation of teacher shortages and difficulties regarding infrastructure after school reorganization.
Accordingly, the process of administrative unit reorganization, restructuring of the educational institution network, urbanization, and population migration has led to significant changes in the scale and needs of education within the province. The large geographical area, uneven population distribution, and numerous ethnic minority, mountainous, and border regions continue to place substantial demands on investment in schools, teaching staff, and ensuring equitable access to education.
