After a series of sharp declines since the end of September that left many investors on edge, buying pressure has begun to return, rekindling hopes that gold prices will once again reach the important milestone of $4,200 per ounce.
According to Yahoo Finance, December gold futures opened the week at $4,185 per ounce, a slight increase of 0.1% compared to the closing price of the previous week. By early morning US time (evening of the same day in Vietnam), this figure had risen to $4,190 per ounce. However, since the beginning of last week, the market has yet to open above the $4,200 per ounce mark.
